For Father’s Day this weekend, I was in charge of bringing a few items- one of which was dessert. Because my Grandfather and Dad both adore coconut, I knew that at least one dessert should include this tropical fruit.
This is most definitely the easiest dessert EVER!
Make your favorite white cake mix according to the instructions on the box. EASY!!!
When cake is still warm, poke holes all over the cake. SINCHY!
Pour ½ of a can of sweetened condensed milk over the cake and watch it absorb all of the sweet and sticky milk. ELEMENTARY!
Once cooled, spread the cake with creamy, fluffy cool whip. NO BRAINER!
Lastly, cover the cake with shredded coconut. EFFORTLESS!
Those easy steps yield a show stopping cake that will lead to many compliments and, in my case, happy Father’s.
